About

Newly renovated house with amazing heated saltwater pool and spa just a mile away from some of the best beaches in the U.S and convenient to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood , our house comes with two master suites , a full kitchen, comfortable memory foam beds , large theater TV , fast Wifi , Keurig with included coffee , bbq grill plus many other extras. Its the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and private family beach getaway.

Good to know

Our house has a very open, flowing design. A large central kitchen/living room area provides a great space for family time on a new set of modern couches with great viewing of a large wall mounted TV with a huge selection of channels. The kitchen has all new appliances including a Keurig coffee station, toaster, microwave , stove and oven range, and a generous refrigerator / freezer with a built-in water / ice dispenser (saves a ton on water bottles!). Off the main living area is a charming triangle area that opens to the pool deck via a patio door. A secure child fence completely surrounds the pool. There are three bedrooms in the main house, a master with private bathroom, a sunny , corner bedroom with two twin beds and a kids room with a bunk bed with queen size new mattresses. In the main living area, there are an additional single sized sofa bed (we find the kids love this!) and a queen sized couchbed. There is also a separate king master suite with a king bed , a private entrance and private full bath with tub and shower. This suite is accessible from the house directly as well. Going outside, there is a beautiful veranda to the rear of the main room , open to the air, but safe from the sun and rain. It is large enough for sizable family gatherings on our multiple sets of patio tables and chairs. The pool is state of the art with a long swim lane, tanning shelf and gas heated spa. Lights and spa jets are controlled by Alexa voice commands.

We warmly welcome pets at our property. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, kindly remember to include your furry companion in the reservation. We appreciate your cooperation in adding your pet's details beforehand. Pool heating is available for $25/day and is recommended for winter months. (Pool heat must be requested for entire stay at least one day before checkin to ensure heating time). We heat our pool to 85 degrees. House Rules

No parties or events allowed. Only the registered number of guest allowed on property. Parking on driveway only (not in street or on grass). No Commercial vehicle,Boat, RV or trailer parking due to city regulations. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am, meaning no loud noise that can disturb neighbors. Please do not alter, unplug or modify any pool, network or security devices. Use of pool and spa is at your own risk. Pool fence must remain closed when not in use. No Diving or running on deck for safety purposes. There are several locked rooms and cabinets used by the owner. No guest access to these rooms or cabinets is allowed without prior written consent from owner. Unapproved late check out $50 per hour. Late checkout must be requested by 9am the day of checkout. Security Deposit may be requested for guests without prior reviews. All pets must be registered on the reservation. If bringing a pet, we kindly request you clean up after your pet including any droppings or hair. Leftover pet mess will incur an extra cleaning fee. Please review house guide for other details regarding house, pool and outdoor grill usage. Violation of rules may result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund and a $500 fee.

Family Beach Getaway is a great place to stay. It is in a really decent location in Boca, with a pretty easy shot to the ocean and near good food choices. You also can’t beat the pool. Great pool, heated if you need it for a little extra charge, great hot tub too and the owner set up the pool controls so well for us using a really easy app with custom built templates perfect for our needs. Lots of great toys for kids in the pool too. The house is comfortable and very spacious. The host was super responsive too for any of our needs. Totally recommend this place for large families. You can’t go wrong.

The house is as described. The host is really great, very responsive. It rained most of our weekend so we didn’t use the pool but did use the hot tub which was easy to operate based on instructions provided. Thanks to the hosts for making our stay easy.

The place was perfect for our group of 7 which included two kids. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic way to wind down after long days. The location was very convenient and the hosts were very communicable and made us feel very welcome. We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Boca.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 while we visited family in the neighborhood. The pool was a fantastic addition for us, especially for our two young children. The photos and amenities are exactly as described. The check in/out process with seamless. When we needed to communicate with host they got back to us within a half hour. We are likely to return here and recommend to others wanting to visit Boca Raton. Thank you for hosting us!

We are five minute drive to Route 95, twenty minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport and 35 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale airport. Locally, the beach , groceries, restaurants are easily walkable. Many more beaches and shopping (including Target/Walmart/Home Depot/Costco) are within 3 miles.
