1mi to Beach 2 Suite 4bd/3bth Home with Pool &Spa

Our house has a very open, flowing design. A large central kitchen/living room area provides a great space for family time on a new set of modern couches with great viewing of a large wall mounted TV with a huge selection of channels. The kitchen has all new appliances including a Keurig coffee station, toaster, microwave , stove and oven range, and a generous refrigerator / freezer with a built-in water / ice dispenser (saves a ton on water bottles!). Off the main living area is a charming triangle area that opens to the pool deck via a patio door. A secure child fence completely surrounds the pool. There are three bedrooms in the main house, a master with private bathroom, a sunny , corner bedroom with two twin beds and a kids room with a bunk bed with queen size new mattresses. In the main living area, there are an additional single sized sofa bed (we find the kids love this!) and a queen sized couchbed. There is also a separate king master suite with a king bed , a private entrance and private full bath with tub and shower. This suite is accessible from the house directly as well. Going outside, there is a beautiful veranda to the rear of the main room , open to the air, but safe from the sun and rain. It is large enough for sizable family gatherings on our multiple sets of patio tables and chairs. The pool is state of the art with a long swim lane, tanning shelf and gas heated spa. Lights and spa jets are controlled by Alexa voice commands.
