Good to know

The main covered entrance opens to a large central area, living and dining on the right, kitchen on the left. High sloping ceiling and ceiling fans create an airy but cozy feel. Primary bedroom suite is located off of kitchen area, with private hot tub porch, large closets and luxury bathroom. Second bedroom , bathroom and kids room is located to the right off of living area.

House Rules

Quiet time after 9PM No loud music or noises that would disturb the neighbors No glass by the pool No parties or events No unauthorized guests not included on the reservation. No smoking of any kind. Only toilet paper should be flushed down toilets, other items may clog pipes and result in a charge if a plumber visit is necessary. Please only park in driveway. Parking in street and in house garage is not allowed. Please read all details in house guide regarding pool and hot tub use. Improper use of hot tub or pool may incur fees. All pets must be registered on the reservation. If bringing a pet, we kindly request you clean up after your pet including any droppings or hair. Leftover pet mess will incur an extra cleaning fee. Unapproved late check out $50 per hour.

Neighborhood

Port St. Lucie offers a harmonious blend of natural splendor, beach and recreational activities, and a warm community atmosphere. Our neighborhood is a quiet residential area with well kept single family homes. At the end of the block is a walking trail with sidewalk where exotic birds, turtles and other wildlife can be seen. A few blocks away is the Savanas Wildlife area that has miles of hiking , biking and canoeing opportunites. Next to that is Sandhill Crane Park with day and night playground and athletic facilities including raquetball, baseball and volleyball areas.

From the moment I booked the house to check in and check out the experience has been great. Could use more guest towels and tissue/tp but overall the home was exactly as described it was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this house, stayed here while visiting family for a week and we felt right at home. Beautiful clean pool we couldn’t keep the kids out of it. Hot Tub was amazing. House was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Also had great recommendations for places to eat in the area and things to do with the kids. Would recommend this stay and can’t wait to be back in the future.

We wasnt sure where to go at first honestly and I was just checking through all the Airbnbs down the coast until I found this one and I knew no matter what this was the house for us so I made the trip around this booking. It's the perfect setup, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the right side of the house, living room and kitchen in the middle with the master on the left. There's no clutter with the perfect amount of extras to make it feel like home. The jacuzzi is right outside the master door, there's patio furniture out the kitchen door leading to the pool. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, there's also trails at the end of the road for walking, scooters or bicycling. We spent a day at Jensen beach and Bathtub beach, it was a scenic 20 minute route. Back to the house though, the kids are already asking when are we coming back. I will definitely plan future vacations around this house, we didnt use the grill this time but they had all the supplies setup for any cooking you need!

We had a lovely stay, great setup for a family with multiple kids. Private pool, access to the bathroom right off the screened in porch, comfy beds, great place to unwind. Port St Lucie is not “touristy” so it was nice that it didn’t have the heavy traffic like Orlando or Tampa area. Would definitely return!

This home is an ideal beach getaway home. The pool and hot tub are very nice for the days when the beach is just too much. The home is very clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is convenient to both the beach and the other amenities in town. The hosts were responsive and helpful. This made our time in Florida a wonderful experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Nearest airports in order are : West Palm Beach (PBI), Melborne (MLB) , Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) , Miami (MIA) and Orlando (MCO) . House is 10-15 minute drive to Rt. 95 and Florida Turnpike exits. Convenient local road access via Walton Rd and Indian River Drive to Jensen Beach, Hutchison Island and A1A points north and south. Close walk to Route 4 stops of St. Lucie County Area Transport Service (ARTS) shuttles . Wide driveway allows for parking in front for 2 cars. Parking only allowed on driveway.
