This is your instant "home away from home". The property is located just minutes from the beach! However the brand new salt water pool makes it easy to forget the beach is so close. There is outdoor seating in the sunshine, and also located in the screened in patio area, new privacy wood fenced back yard making it perfect for enjoying the outdoors . The landscaping is also amazing, with a beautiful 30 FT Bismarck palm outside. If you are a regular vacationer this will be your new vacation spot.

Good to know

We did our best to make sure the home is set up in a way so you won't want to leave. The general living space is designed with plenty of seating so everyone can be as social as they would like. There are comfy couches and spots to gather in several areas. The bedrooms have large comfy beds, we know a cozy sleep makes the vacation. All bedrooms also have their own smart TV, perfect for some private time. One of the best parts about the inside is the theatre room, equipped with a large projector screen and theatre style seating. Perfect for movie nights or sporting events. No matter where you are spending time on the property you are sure to be making memories.

Quiet single family home neighborhood with 15 minutes of the beach. Property is bordered to one side by our neighborhood natural preserve. Or just for more privacy! There is also an 8 mile biking trail water view or nature view to the beach available from your front door. All major stores are within a few miles drive. Great stay.. He was very responsive and gave tips on places to check out near area. I definitely recommend this place was amazing and the pool can be heated!! Beautiful huge palm in the back yard with grill and nice yard. Inside has king beds in every room and game room was fun for the family.

Myself and my little crew, kids and dogs made our way to Fla. before school starts back. And we had the most wonderful time at Ryan’s place. The inside was just as described, the pool was perfect without being heated, the girls enjoyed the game room, the beds and couch were so comfy, and I absolutely loved the bay window and all of the natural lighting. Ryan and his co-host stayed on top of communication from the beginning to end, gave great recommendations, and made sure we had no issues. Also, I will have to agree and suggest their recommendation for dinner at the Sailors Return; the crab cakes were perfection next to the sunset on the water. If you have two hours to drive to Titusville, I also would suggest a bioluminescent kayak trip. It made everything worth it. We would love to stay at Ryan’s place again in the future.

We had such a great experience at Ryan’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and just minutes from the beach. Ryan was an amazing host, always quick to respond and very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed the peaceful backyard in the evenings. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was a great place to stay. It had a pool that was convenient while my husband was doing some work in the morning. Our youngest love playing in the pool all day. Overall, it was a nice and quiet place to be.

This home was everything as described. Our fur babies loved the outdoor space to run around and we enjoyed the pool and grill for the July 4th holiday. We will definitely be back!
