Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Only the registered number of guests allowed on property. Parking in Driveway only. No parking on street or grass. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7 am , no loud noises that can disturb neighbors during these hours. Please do not alter, unplug, or modify any network or security devices. Minimum 3 night booking. Un-approved late check-out $50/ hour. Late checkout must be requested by 9AM the day of checkout. Security deposit may be requested for guests without prior reviews. Any broken or missing items will be charged against deposit. Violation of rules may may result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund and a $500 fee. A stay, Experience, or its surrounding property should not be used for the creation of commercial pornography, photos, or videos.

The house was exactly as described and clean upon arrival. The host communicated proactively to answer all our questions. The new pool heater was a huge bonus! This was the perfect home for our family trip to Port St. Lucie! Thank you!
