Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Only the registered number of guests allowed on property. Parking in Driveway only. No parking on street or grass. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7 am , no loud noises that can disturb neighbors during these hours. Please do not alter, unplug, or modify any network or security devices. Minimum 3 night booking. Un-approved late check-out $50/ hour. Late checkout must be requested by 9AM the day of checkout. Security deposit may be requested for guests without prior reviews. Any broken or missing items will be charged against deposit. Violation of rules may may result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund and a $500 fee. A stay, Experience, or its surrounding property should not be used for the creation of commercial pornography, photos, or videos.

We had the most wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Florida. They thought of everything in the property catering for the number of people they can host - from the towels to the crockery. Everything was clean and accessible. Beautiful setting. We loved it.

Great vacation spot in the greater Jensen Beach area. It was a very peaceful location. Private backyard, minimal traffic. Minor housekeeping/maintanence issues (light in the pool was loose, master bath shower bar was also loose). Host was very responsive when we let them know and nothing was detrimental to our stay. The house is very well laid out and we felt right at home. We will keep Colin and his place in mind for future trips to this area.

Excellent host, very clear instructions on checking in and out. House was immaculate, had everything we needed, and in a safe/quiet neighborhood. Loved the layout of the house, especially the outside patio. We were very comfortable, plan to go back!
