This neighborhood is great. There are tons of unique homes to look at while walking around. Also there are several parks just a few minutes walk away. There’s also an excellent bike/jog trail along the intracoastal on the island called The Lake Trail, great biking along Flagler Ave (on the way to the island) and along A1-A.
