We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little house! The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with easy access to downtown attractions. It felt private and quaint, making it the perfect retreat for my family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a long-term stay!

This was our 2nd stay at Cozy on Westwood. Everything is just as great as it was the 1st visit. Excellent neighborhood with so much to do and see close by. The house is very clean ,comfy with lovely decor and has all the amenities of home. Love the washer/ dryer. The peaceful backyard and nice grill were also put to use . Elizabeth is definitely a super host. She responded to my(many) inquiries immediately and when I couldn’t find any kitchen towels she ordered some from Amazon and they were delivered within 2 days !! :- )
We had a wonderful week…. I would definitely recommend this home. Perfect for a couple , young or old , or small family .

The house was so nice and clean and in the cutest neighborhood. Really good location. We didn’t have to drive far for anything. Several restaurants were walkable as well as Coalition coffee where we went every day!The bed was super comfortable! Response to a few issues was friendly and immediate. There is a large step down into the master which required us to leave a light on at night, just an FYI. I would totally recommend!

This home was a welcoming retreat for our family. First and foremost, the home is in a very desirable neighborhood in West Palm Beach, within 5-10 minutes of everything. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, and as a coffee lover, I love that Composition Coffee (arguably better than the coffee shops I frequent in NYC) is a two-block walk away. Also, we enjoyed hanging out outside in many of the various seating options. The gardens were more beautiful than expected. We even hosted a couple of family members and friends for a BBQ, and everyone enjoyed each other's company in the backyard. Excellent experience and I highly recommend this home if you'd like to make the most of your visit to West Palm Beach.

I've now stayed at this location a number of times, so I can add it is consistently all the things I want in an airbnb: clean, reliable, quiet, clean, private, easy, clean
I really enjoy Pig Beach Barbecue, which is right down the end of the block, and the restaurants in the center of West Palm are outright fantastic. And if you have any interest in art at all, do not miss the Norton, easy walking distance

There are tons of dining and other things all within walking distance. In case the Florida sunshine is a little to much ride share apps are also available and can typically get you anywhere you’d want to be for only a couple dollars.
