House Rules

Dogs must be supervised and walked on a leash in an open field to the North. If it is raining, it is okay to walk the dog up the LEFT side of the driveway. A hard rain will wash away most doggy poo, but if it didn't within a day or after the rain, it needs to be cleaned up. Dog poo must be placed in a bag and put in the green garbage bin at the end of the driveway. We love our dogos and welcome them. :) Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was quiet, peaceful, and very well appointed with everything we could need. The welcome basket with tea and honey was such a thoughtful touch. The space was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of nice towels and linens. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We wish we could have spent more time enjoying the space, but we were at a tournament most of the weekend. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is by far the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. Jane is very personable and accommodating. She would go above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a more gracious and lovely host.

This place is perfect for anyone that wants to get away from noise and lights! Beautiful scenery and such a small comfortable area. The drive to the airbnb is also really nice as you get to see horses! Jane was beyond great! She was very friendly and answered any questions I had swiftly. The airbnb was also clean and quiet and was even ready to for us earlier than expected so that was nice! There’s also a very sweet and friendly cat that lives on the property! Thanks to Jane for hosting us !

Our little family of 5, 3 being young outdoorsy boys (9,7 and 9 months old) found this place to be perfect for a little getaway. Jane was able to accommodate us very last min as we ended up booking hours before check in. She provided all the details we needed and responded rapidly. The home was spotless and ready for our arrival. The host also offered us free pizza and a gift basket which we thought was the sweetest. Especially when dealing with kids and settling in! During our stay we enjoyed fishing and hanging out on the patio watching/listening to wildlife. The iguanas were the boys favorite. We also hosted a small bday/thanksgiving dinner in which Jane was very thoughtful with providing extra chairs for the fire pit and dinnerware. We will most definitely return! :)

Jane was a fantastic host!! She was very communicative and super kind. My daughter was getting married at TheRanch22, which was right next to their farm which made the stay so convenient for us! We were welcomed with a congratulations card, champagne and a tray of goodies!! She really goes above and beyond for her visitors. The AirBnB is perfect and so peaceful! The little kitty cat was a nice visitor to the relaxing mornings out on the patio. One of the mornings, I was so busy with wedding preparations and my son told me how kind Jane was to him. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! It was perfect for us! I only wish I had more time to relax there. I’ll have to come back to buy some of the gorgeous plants. The flowers in the vase are so perfect, you can barely believe they are real!
